Training should give you more than an understanding of what a cobot can do. Our competency-based training programmes are designed to give you the practical skills and knowledge to work confidently with Techman Robot collaborative robots.

Through hands-on training, practical assessments and clear progression from Operator to Setter and Technician level, you’ll develop the skills needed to operate, configure, troubleshoot and support your cobot system effectively.

Operator training

Our Operator training course is the ideal starting point for anyone working with a Techman Robot cobot system.

You’ll learn how to operate the cobot safely, run production processes, carry out routine checks and respond to common issues. By the end of the course, you’ll have the practical skills and confidence needed to work safely and effectively with the cobot in a production environment.

Setter training

Setter training builds on the skills developed at Operator level and focuses on preparing and configuring the cobot for production.

You’ll learn how to carry out product and process changeovers, adjust existing programs, teach and modify positions, recover from common faults and check that the system is ready to run safely and efficiently.

Technician training

Our Technician training course is designed for those responsible for programming, maintaining, troubleshooting and improving Techman Robot cobot systems.

You’ll develop more advanced skills in robot programming, diagnostics, system integration, maintenance and optimisation. The course provides the knowledge and practical experience needed to support, adapt and develop robotic applications with greater independence.

Service & After-Sales Support

Keep your Techman cobot operating at its best with flexible service and support from LG Motion. We offer a choice of four service plan levels, allowing you to select the level of support that best suits your application and operational requirements.

Our support options include:

Four levels of service plan to suit different support requirements.
Telephone support from our technical team, available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding bank holidays.
Hardware assessment and repair at our LG Motion facility in Basingstoke.
On-site engineer support, with one of our experienced cobot engineers visiting your site to investigate and help resolve technical issues.
